Walks are good for our mind and body. They calm our mind and makes us more energetic and focused. But going for walk without any proper gear can spoil this enjoyable activity.

Like every other activity, there are certain things which you should carry while going for walk and this blog is related to that.

1. Walking shoes

This is one of the most important parts of walking or jogging. Using slippers or some other shoes (like boots, sandals, Loafers, Canvas) should be avoided.

2. Socks

3. Sunscreen

so you should have a hat for your walks.

5. Water bottle

The human body is composed of more than 60% of the fluid. And when we walk our body temperature increases a little and we sweat. This causes dehydration and can cause low blood pressure, dizziness or headache.

So to keep yourself hydrated you should carry a water bottle. Small size of water bottle with a capacity of around 500 ml will be enough for your walks.

6. Layered clothing

Clothes according to the current season in your location is a must. Not wearing clothes properly can make you uncomfortable and sick. For walking layered clothes are always suggested.

Layered clothes are suggested because layered clothes have better insulation than normal clothes and they keep the body warm. If the weather becomes hot then you can remove one upper layer of cloth to avoid extra heating.
