Feel free to browse the Site, but please read these terms and conditions before doing so. This Site contains many of the valuable trademarks, names, titles, logos, images, designs, copyrights and other proprietary materials owned, used and registered by JQR Sports® Indian Footwear Brand. (the "Intellectual Property Rights").

Your access to and use of the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). JQR Sports® Indian Footwear Brand may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.

1. You should assume that all materials, designs, text and images (collectively, the "Materials") contained in the Site are either the copyrighted property of JQR Sports®, unless otherwise noted, or are the copyrighted property of its Associates. JQR Sports® Indian Footwear Brand neither warrants nor represents that your use of Materials displayed on the Site will not infringe the rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with JQR Sports® Brand.

2. You shall not claim any rights over the Intellectual Property in the Materials by virtue of purchasing/subscribing to any such products and/or accessing the Site. 16. JQR Sports® Indian Footwear Brand maintains and operates this Site from its office in the state of Haryana, India. These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted under the laws of INDIA. If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that part shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

17. These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and JQR Sports® Indian Footwear Brand with respect to the Site. You acknowledge that any other agreements between you and JQR Sports® with respect to the Site are superseded and of no force or effect.

In case of any dispute or difference between you and JQR Sports® Brand, regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions or non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in pursuance of these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator, to be appointed mutually by both the Parties. The proceedings shall be conducted at Bahadurgarh under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 as in force on the date hereof or any subsequent amendment thereof and the Courts at Bahadurgarh only shall have the jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement as the case may be. You and JQR Sports® Indian Footwear Brand shall be responsible to bear their respective costs and expenses in relation to any such arbitration proceeding. The fee of the sole arbitrator and/or any other cost incurred in the process of such Arbitration shall be shared between You and JQR Sports® Brand.

JQR shoes generally ship the items within the estimated time specified below: - NCR Delhi-2 to 4 Business Days North Region-2 to 6 Business Days Rest of India-2 to 7 Business Days

4. Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

CoD option is not available at JQR right now. But will be provided to our customers in near future.

5. What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?

In Stock: For items listed as "In Stock" are available for shipment immediately. Out of Stock: Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.

6. Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your Pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location. If you haven't provided your Pincode until the checkout stage, the Pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability. Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on: - 1. Whether Seller ships to your location 2. Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location 3. The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

7. Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by JQR?

There are NO hidden charges when you purchase on JQR. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

8. Does JQR deliver internationally?

As of now, JQR doesn't deliver items internationally. You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.

9. What is the exchange process? Why I have been asked to ship the item?

Once you have requested an exchange, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoices along with the product. Alternately, you can ship it back to us. Please note down the courier tracking id for any future reference.

10. I have requested an exchange, when will I get it?

Once an exchange request is created, we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as providing details about the exchange. The exchange item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up, wherever possible. In all other areas, the exchange is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up/received.

11. Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

12. What items can I Exchange?

We allow exchange on items available on our website. In case the item of your choice is not available, your amount will be refunded.

13. Can I return part of my order?

Yes, a return can be created at the item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.

Return & Claims Policy:

Return Conditions:

  • Items may be returned if they are defective, damaged during shipping, missing, or incorrectly sent. Additionally, if the size of the item is incorrect, it is eligible for return.
  • It is strongly advised that buyers review the product listing before making a purchase decision to ensure compatibility with their needs.
  • To initiate a return, buyers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Process:

  • To start the return process, buyers need to send an email to customercare@jqrsports.in with images of the received footwear (from top, bottom, and side), the order number, and the reason for the return.
  • Please note that providing these details is mandatory for processing a return. Failure to do so may result in the request being rejected.
  • Used footwear cannot be returned and any associated courier costs will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to place a new order and then initiate a return for the original product.

Free Gift Returns:

  • Free gifts included with the purchase must be returned along with the main product.

Partial Order Returns:

  • If you ordered multiple items and wish to return only a portion of your order, you can do so.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the product has been dispatched for shipping.

    • Claims are accepted for manufacturing defects only, provided that the item has been appropriately used.

     Major Manufacturing Defects:

    •  Major defects include significant issues such as damaged or discolored upper material, and broken or damaged soles or insoles.

    Return Requirements:

    • When returning an item, please ensure that all original packaging, price tags, labels, and the invoice are included.

    Non-Compliance Returns:

    • If the returned product does not meet the specified return conditions, no refund will be issued, and the item will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
